About the Role

Lead the delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers, focusing on Generative AI with AWS services. Drive technical strategy and mentor teams while shaping customer AI transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI/ML engagements
• Architect and implement solutions using AWS AI/ML services like Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants
• Translate business challenges into measurable ML outcomes and roadmaps
• Drive innovation in applied AI/ML and contribute to reusable solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Strong experience in building large scale machine learning or deep learning models
• Experience in Generative AI model development
• Experience in data and machine learning engineering and cloud native technologies
• Strong experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering, or computer science
• Knowledge of primary AWS services (ec2, elb, rds, route53 & s3)
• Experience with software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile/iterative methodologies
