Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy policies
• Work with diverse data types including text, speech, image, and video
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools
• Act as subject matter expert for ML data workflows and annotation tasks
• Contribute to root cause analysis and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in German language
• Written and spoken English at CEFR B2+ level
• Strong business writing and analytical thinking skills

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience with task execution and open-source research
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing strategies
