Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy policies
• Deliver high-quality labeled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video modalities
• Analyze root causes and propose solutions to improve labeling quality
• Identify and suggest changes to operational processes and tools
• Support daily operational deliverables and clarify internal queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in French language
• Written and spoken English at CEFR B2+ level
• Strong business writing and analytical thinking skills

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of professional work experience with task execution ability
• 2-3 years project coordination or management experience
