Senior Data Associate role focused on labeling and evaluating multimodal data (text, speech, audio, image, video) to support generative AI and large language model development. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality labeled data, analyzing root causes, and ensuring confidentiality while working with in-house tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy policies
• Work with multimodal data including text, speech, audio, image, and video
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools
• Analyze root causes and propose solutions to improve labeling quality
• Identify and suggest changes to operational processes and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in English
• Strong business writing skills for reports and correspondence
• Advanced reading comprehension and analytical thinking

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of professional work experience with task execution
• 2-3 years project coordination or management experience
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments
