About the Role
Senior Customer Experience Engineer focused on Azure networking, providing engineering-led support to strategic customers. Responsible for resolving critical technical issues, driving incident mitigation, and serving as the voice of customers within Azure engineering. This role involves troubleshooting complex networking problems and improving customer experience through proactive guidance.Key Responsibilities
- Track customer incidents and troubleshoot through diagnostics to reduce mitigation time for critical issues
- Serve as connecting point between product teams and customers throughout engagement lifecycle
- Handle complex escalations on customer issues and conduct in-depth root cause analysis
- Act as voice of customers and synthesize product feedback to provide input on business plans
- Partner with other teams to prioritize and resolve critical customer issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics/Science, AI or related field AND relevant experience OR equivalent experience
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level, mission-critical applications and infrastructure
- Experience with being on-call and driving mitigation for mission critical incidents
- Relevant experience with Networking
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies: Core IaaS (Compute, Storage, Networking, Kubernetes, High Availability)
- Experience with Data Platform and Bigdata: Azure SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, AI/ML
- Experience with Azure PaaS Services: App Services, Azure Functions, Redis Cache, Event Hub
- Experience with Monitoring technologies: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, Datadog, Confluent
