About the Role

The role is for a Senior Applied Scientist in Beijing, focusing on building AI systems to enhance Office productivity. Responsibilities include designing complex systems with AI and engineering, and applying deep learning for image and content generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Works with peers on technology choices and design for AIGC systems
• Researches and applies deep learning algorithms for model training and optimization
• Keeps up with latest industry technologies to drive innovation
• Ensures generated content complies with global standards
• Develops engineering applications for image generation and Office design

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related areas
• Familiar with popular models and algorithms on computer vision and multimodal LLMs
• Proficient in Python/Java/C# and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow
• 3+ years of industrial experience in model training and application development

Nice to Have:

• Master or Ph.D. degree
• Experience with office products and technical stack like Office/OpenXML/VSTO
