Key Responsibilities

• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI using foundation models, RAG, and multi-agent architectures
• Fine-tune foundation models using domain-specific datasets and evaluate model behavior
• Build rapid AI solution prototypes and contribute to production deployment and MLOps
• Translate research into production-ready solutions and measure impact through A/B testing
• Ensure responsible AI practices, addressing fairness, bias, and security risks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience
• OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years experience, OR Doctorate AND 1+ year experience, OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year experience developing and deploying live production systems as part of a product team
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and security screenings

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Doctorate AND 3+ years experience
• 3+ years experience creating publications like patents or peer-reviewed papers
• Experience presenting at conferences as an invited speaker
• 3+ years experience conducting research in academic or industry settings
