About the Role

This is a Sales Development Representative role focused on the French market for REVER, a startup automating returns and refunds for e-commerce. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demos, negotiating deals, and building relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the French market, focusing on mid & large enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, present technical solutions, and tailor offerings to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, handling contract discussions and pricing proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for large accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing accounts.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with experience conducting technical demonstrations.
  • Native in French, fluent in English.
