About the Role

The RL Business Analyst supports reverse logistics operations and monthly planning processes at re:Cycle Reverse Logistics, an Amazon company. The role focuses on developing planning tools, data systems, and automated reporting solutions using SQL and data visualization. Responsibilities include capacity planning, dashboard creation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain critical planning tools, data systems, and automated reporting solutions
  • Support monthly S&OP processes and capacity planning initiatives
  • Create and manage site-level planning models and global capacity planning
  • Create dashboards to support daily operations, track KPIs, and provide performance measurements
  • Coordinate global analytic roll-ups and document key initiatives to influence business actions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience
  • 2+ years experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Minimum 2+ years experience with SQL

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Data Visualization Tools and metric creation
  • Experience working with inventory management systems
  • Warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, vendor and/or project management experience
  • Professional experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience creating and setting annual operating plan and presenting to senior management

  • Base pay ranging from $71,500 to $153,000/year depending on geographic market
