About the Role

Research Engineer II role focused on developing AI agents and machine learning models for enterprise adoption. Responsibilities include applied research, model lifecycle management, and staying current with AI advancements. Requires experience with AI/LLMs and programming in languages like Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research to develop innovative AI and machine learning models
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models from prototyping to deployment
• Create and adapt novel training and fine-tuning algorithms for language models
• Operate and support 24X7 usage of AI Models by customers
• Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 1+ years' hands on experience with AI/LLM (Large Language Modeling)
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check
