About the Role

Regional Maintenance Manager responsible for leading facilities maintenance operations across Amazon's North American fulfillment network. This role involves managing maintenance teams, driving best practices, overseeing budgets, and ensuring equipment uptime in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to field-based Facilities Managers
• Drive maintenance best practices and improve work methods across the network
• Develop and manage budgets, capital planning, and contract documents
• Oversee vendor relationships and leverage Amazon's network for economies of scale
• Recruit, interview, and hire talent for facilities maintenance roles

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• BS in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or BS/BA with 4+ years maintenance experience
• Previous corporate/regional facilities roles leading 250+ employees including salaried staff
• 7+ years experience managing employees and their performance
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Nice to Have:

• MBA or other Masters degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Professional Engineering registration
• Strong knowledge of major MHE integrators and complex integrated systems maintenance
