About the Role

Finto is seeking a Product Engineer to build AI-powered automation tools for enterprise finance operations. You will join the founding engineering team to develop scalable solutions that eliminate manual accounting tasks. This role involves working with React, Node.js, and AI models to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered automation tools for invoice processing and ERP integration
• Architect performant, scalable, and reliable solutions for mission-critical finance operations
• Optimize and refine AI models for accuracy, speed, and usability in real-world scenarios
• Deliver exceptional user experiences through thoughtful UI/UX design using frameworks like React and Node
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges to ensure AI-powered workflows run reliably at scale

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3–5+ years in full-stack development, ideally building AI-powered or enterprise-focused products
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with experience in React and Next.js
• Backend expertise in Node.js or comparable languages like Python or Go, with a focus on scalable APIs and AI-driven services
• Hands-on experience with AI models and APIs
