Responsible for designing mobile app and website experiences, visuals, and voice while ensuring usability and conducting user experiments. Requires 2+ years of digital product design experience and understanding of Indonesian financial context.

Key Responsibilities

• Design experiences, visuals, and voices for mobile app & websites
• Ensure appealing visual and usable experience within product
• Conduct experiments to identify ideal user experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to implement designs
• Maintain close contact with users to identify needs and pain points

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years full-time digital product design experience
• Ability to create appealing visuals and usable experiences
• Comfortable dealing with abstract problems and data, turning them into tangible solutions
• Understanding of local Indonesian context and financial pain-points
• Comfortable with speaking and writing in casual English
• Willing to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in marketing designs
• Comfortable with creating digital product copywriting
