About the Role

Fizz is seeking a Product Design Contractor to join their lean design team. The role involves designing native mobile experiences for their financial app targeting young adults. This is a part-time contract position with potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and leadership to develop world-class experiences
• Execute product initiatives end-to-end
• Own Figma documentation including state management and user flows
• Optimize and iterate on complex user experiences and growth funnels
• Contribute to the growing design system using advanced Figma functionalities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in product design
• Experience with native mobile experiences
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to lead complex projects end-to-end
• Strong design intuition and ability to execute on multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the fintech industry
• Deep understanding of systems and strategy
