The Process Lead role focuses on managing operations and escalations for Alexa Shopping's dataset generation and annotations. Responsibilities include driving process improvements, stakeholder communication, and supporting AI/LLM training through human feedback. The position requires fluency in English and Dutch, along with experience in operational metrics and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage process and operational escalations
• Drive data analysis and process improvement projects
• Communicate with stakeholders on milestones and changes
• Identify and resolve process gaps as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with teams to support new process launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years relevant work experience
• Excellent English and Dutch at C1 level
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex SOPs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence interaction, such as prompt generation
