Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years relevant work experience
• Excellent level of English and Spanish (C1 level or above)
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex SOPs
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proactive approach to process improvements

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence interaction, such as prompt generation
