About the Role

Principal Software Engineer role focused on accelerating Copilot and Microsoft 365 adoption through Product-Led Growth. The engineer will develop full-stack, backend, and client experiences across Microsoft 365 apps, driving technical vision and architectural transformation. Responsibilities include leading design, mentoring engineers, and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partners with stakeholders to determine user requirements
• Leads identification of dependencies and design document development
• Mentors others to produce extensible and maintainable code
• Drives project plans and work items with cross-functional teams
• Acts as Designated Responsible Individual for system monitoring

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years software industry experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years OR equivalent experience
• Exceptional skills in influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically while diving deep into details
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
