About the Role

Lead a team developing the M365 Copilot App across Windows, Mac, and Web platforms. Drive architectural decisions, manage project execution, and foster a collaborative environment for building consumer-grade AI applications. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent AI experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team to develop and improve Copilot application across Windows, Mac, and Web platforms
• Guide architectural decisions and make sound technical choices balancing innovation with platform stability
• Plan investments, assign work to teams, and manage project execution
• Mentor engineers and foster culture of technical capabilities in architecture and performance
• Partner across product and platform teams to define reusable architectural patterns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience
• 4+ years experience developing, shipping, and maintaining large scale Windows, Mac, or Web applications
• 3+ years experience managing a skilled team, growing talent, and hiring top engineers
• 3+ years experience planning, leading, and executing projects with impactful results

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science AND 8+ years technical engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science AND 12+ years technical engineering experience
