About the Role

Principal Software Engineer role providing technical leadership on the Agent Flows team, building AI-powered automation services for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. The position involves architecting cloud-scale automation services, driving technical excellence, and shaping high-impact products used by millions of customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Partners with stakeholders to determine user requirements
• Drives development of design documents for products and platforms
• Leads experimentation efforts and determines next steps based on results
• Mentors others to produce extensible and maintainable code
• Works as Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) monitoring systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience
• 5+ years industry experience in cloud service development
• Coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check

Nice to Have:

• 6+ years experience building scalable applications with Azure or other cloud platforms
• 3+ years professional experience utilizing generative AI
• Master's Degree in Computer Science with 8+ years experience
