About the Role

Lead the evolution of data collection tooling for Amazon's frontier AI initiatives. Partner with scientists to build products for at-scale human input production to advance AI foundations. Drive cross-functional strategy and roadmap for data collection platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define strategy, vision and roadmap for data collection platform
• Engage researchers, scientists and engineers to define product specifications
• Define business metrics to measure platform feature impact
• Balance customer experience, performance and operational support load
• Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting strategic goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
• MBA Preferred
