About the Role

Principal Product Manager - Tech role focused on recommender systems for Prime Video Personalization & Discovery. Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and delivering ML/AI-powered customer experiences. Works cross-functionally with science, engineering, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and vision for recommender systems
• Develop and execute product roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with science, engineering, and design teams
• Optimize Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience
• Manage end-to-end product delivery and user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions
• Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:

• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
• Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
• Experience developing consumer-impacting applications of machine learning or artificial intelligence
