About the Role

Principal Innovation Hub Solution Engineer merges business and technical requirements to craft comprehensive AI and cloud solutions. The role involves conducting discovery sessions, providing strategic recommendations, and implementing robust AI transformation solutions. This position requires deep expertise in cloud architectures, AI development, and modern application design.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions and architecture design
• Lead AI transformation by guiding customers on latest AI trends and use cases
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures ensuring scalability and security
• Integrate capabilities across the cloud platform optimizing cross-platform synergy
• Maintain and grow expertise in AI solutions like AI Foundry and Fabric Data platform

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 4+ years technical pre-sales or consulting with Master's OR 6+ years with Bachelor's OR 7+ years equivalent
• 5+ years experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations
• 5+ years as Solutions Architect with hands-on custom agentic AI and cloud app development
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML5, SQL, and Copilot Studio

Nice to Have:

• AI solution design experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, responsible AI
• Azure certifications like AI-102, AZ-305, DP-600, DP-700, or AZ-204
• Design thinking or ideation workshop delivery experience
• Enterprise Architect experience designing large-scale complex solutions
