About the Role

Principal Engineering Manager role driving Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through Product-Led Growth. Leads full-stack, backend, and client development across Microsoft 365 suite. Manages teams to deliver scalable AI-powered experiences impacting millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide partnership with stakeholders to determine user requirements
• Lead identification of dependencies and development of design documents
• Optimize, debug, refactor code to improve performance and maintainability
• Drive project plans, release plans, and work items across groups
• Lead product development and scaling to customer requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years software industry experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience operating online services
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
