About the Role

Principal Customer Experience Engineer accountable for improving Azure customer experience. Manages complex services, handles escalations, and drives feature improvements. Partners with teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles complex, high-impact escalations and conducts root cause analysis
  • Creates solution health protocols and guides customers on deployments
  • Partners with teams to prioritize and resolve customer issues
  • Acts as voice of customers to inform product improvements
  • Develops training programs and mentors others

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics/Science, AI, or related field
  • Significant years experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering
  • Significant amount years customer facing experience
  • Pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years

Nice to Have:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • High amount of years experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering
