- Teach and guide colleagues in state-of-the-art techniques and research best practices
- Share research via publications and communication to showcase cutting-edge, science-driven products
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 6+ years experience
- OR Master's Degree with 4+ years experience
- OR Doctorate with 3+ years experience
- Record of publications in top-tier scientific venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL)
Nice to Have:
- 7+ years experience conducting research in academic or industry settings
- 7+ years experience developing and deploying products using tools like PyTorch, C++, Huggingface
- 1+ years experience developing agentic systems and natural user interfaces
