About the Role

Power Platform pre-sales engineer responsible for technical solution design and customer engagement. Focuses on Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot Studio to drive AI transformation and enterprise sales. Collaborates with sales teams to demonstrate Microsoft solutions and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AI transformation engagements including demonstrations and pilot programs
  • Own technical discussions and lead architectural design sessions
  • Collaborate with sales, partners, and engineering teams to identify opportunities
  • Provide strategic technical input at account level leveraging partner ecosystem
  • Proactively engage customers to understand business challenges and demonstrate solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • Proven technical knowledge of Power Platform or comparable enterprise solutions
  • Extensive experience driving solution strategy throughout opportunity lifecycle
  • Proficient Japanese in speaking and writing

Nice to Have:

  • Proficient English in speaking and writing
  • Technical knowledge of other Microsoft products (Fabric, Azure Functions, APIM, AI Foundry)
