About the Role

The Performance Marketing Manager will scale user acquisition for GoSats by managing paid channels and optimizing campaigns. They will be responsible for deploying budgets, analyzing metrics, and driving growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deploy a multi-lakh monthly budget across performance channels like Google, Meta, and Affiliate Networks
  • Own the entire campaign lifecycle from strategy to reporting
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to improve key metrics
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
  • Analyze channel performance and provide strategic recommendations to the VP of Growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns for a high-growth B2C app in India
  • Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets (e.g., ₹50L+) and hitting aggressive CAC targets
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strongly analytical and data-driven, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics platforms

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Fintech or Crypto
