About the Role

Wyndly seeks a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition channels and drive direct-to-consumer growth for allergy treatment. The role involves managing campaigns, analyzing customer insights, and optimizing marketing strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs. This hands-on position requires a data-driven marketer with experience in scaling D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Crack positioning by interviewing customers and testing messaging
  • Turn organic momentum into paid growth insights from social media
  • Build and launch weekly experiments across ads and landing pages
  • Partner with creative resources to brief based on performance data

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3-5 years experience scaling D2C brands, ideally in health/wellness
  • Analytical skills with CAC/LTV math and cohort analysis
  • Strong copywriting ability with clarity in messaging
  • Scrappy experimenter with experience growing from nothing

Nice to Have:

  • Have allergies and personally understand patient suffering
