About the Role
The Partner Solution Architect for AI Workforce guides partners in developing business solutions, provides deep technical insights, and accelerates Microsoft Tech priorities. They work closely with partners on architectural design, proof of concepts, and transitioning to modern cloud environments, ensuring optimized performance and cost-efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Guide solution development and activation of partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud priorities
- Run technical innovation workshops and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams
- Activate transformational deals by providing architectural guidance and resolving technical blockers
- Guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds following best practices
- Build long-term engagements with strategic partners and foster executive alignment for joint success
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related areas
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement in large-scale engagements
- Strong background in Microsoft cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365) and cloud technologies
Nice to Have:
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and contributing to technical projects
