About the Role

This role is a Manager, Program Management position in Selling Partner Risk and Identity Verification at Amazon. The manager will lead a team of Program and Risk Managers to protect customers and selling partners from fraud and abuse, while improving the customer experience through data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying, driving and tracking initiatives that improve the customer experience
• Conducting analysis to isolate issues and developing solutions based on changing business priorities
• Interacting with stakeholder teams to define and deliver solutions and establish standard processes
• Working with machine learning and engineering teams to build solutions to mitigate ongoing issues
• Building processes to improve the team’s overall efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
