About the Role

Lead a team of 10-12 investigators to detect and prevent abusive activity across Amazon's global eCommerce transactions. Manage risk mining operations, refine investigation processes, and collaborate with analytics and machine learning teams to reduce financial losses and improve trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of investigators mining large data sets to identify organized abuse
• Use data to detect abuse trends and drive critical business decisions
• Develop and maintain core metrics to monitor suspicious activities
• Coordinate delivery of dynamic risk projects and lead deep dive communications
• Work with engineering teams to improve investigation tools and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience in audits related to business processes, risk mitigation, or compliance
• Experience in customer service
• Experience working in relevant industries such as law, investigations, risk, or project management
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice to Have:

• Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement solutions
• Experience working in risk, fraud or compliance organizations
• Master's degree or equivalent
