About the Role

The M365 Cloud Solution Architect serves as a trusted advisor driving AI transformation and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions. Responsibilities include architectural design, change management, and leveraging agentic AI to deliver business value and customer success. This senior role requires deep M365 expertise and focuses on enabling customers through their AI journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor driving adoption and change management for AI transformation
• Lead architectural design to enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot
• Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale
• Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions
• Drive customer satisfaction and provide feedback to Microsoft product teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions
• Subject matter expertise in at least three M365 areas (large scale M365, security/compliance, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint)
• Fluent in English, Arabic or French

Nice to Have:

• Relevant experience in systems development, network operations, software support, or IT consulting
• Proven track record of building relationships with senior IT and business decision makers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English plus French, German, Italian, or Spanish
