About the Role

The M365 and M365 Security Cloud Solution Architect is a senior role focused on driving AI transformation and customer success through Microsoft 365 solutions. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor for adoption and change management, leading architectural design for Copilot and M365, and leveraging agentic AI to scale impact. The role requires deep technical expertise in M365, security, and AI, along with strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor driving adoption and change management for AI transformation
• Lead architectural design and drive sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot
• Leverage Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale
• Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions
• Act as the focal point for M365 adoption and deliver Microsoft services through Unified support

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles and working with Customer Success teams
• Proven track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and one of French, German, Italian, Spanish

Nice to Have:

• Fluent in Arabic, French, or German as a third language
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, AI)
• Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships and leading value proposition conversations
