About the Role

Lead Systems Engineer responsible for maintaining high-quality technology solutions and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role provides guidance and oversight for developing, testing, and maintaining quality for eCommerce, web-based, and client-server applications. The position requires mentoring junior engineers and leading quality assurance processes across multiple Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with multiple departments as SME on B2B and B2C applications, overseeing test plans and cases
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics and applying industry best practices
  • Lead and mentor team members as well as manage outside contract testers
  • Lead processes and create utilities to optimize the test suite
  • Work independently with multiple Scrum teams on various projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience with strong expertise in QA, Agile Methodology, CI/CD, eCommerce
  • 8-10+ years of Performance/QA experience
  • Experience with Performance Testing tools (CloudTest, JMeter, HP LoadRunner)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automation and performance testing
  • Adobe CMS tool experience
  • M-site and Mobile apps testing knowledge
