About the Role

The Lead Generation Manager will build and scale outbound programs to generate qualified meetings and pipeline. They will own list strategy, sequence design, deliverability, and use AI for personalization. This role requires collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align targeting and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale outbound (email-first) programs including list building and sequence writing
  • Run weekly testing cadence with A/B variants and scale/kill thresholds
  • Protect deliverability by managing subdomains, email authentication, and monitoring reputation
  • Personalize at scale using AI and dynamic fields to improve reply rates
  • Report on pipeline metrics such as positive reply rate, meetings per 100 prospects, and SQL rate

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, including 2+ years owning cold outbound end-to-end
  • Proven outbound to pipeline results with measurable metrics
  • Fluent with Apollo or Instantly/Lemlist (or similar) and a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Manage deliverability end to end including subdomains, warmup, authentication, and list hygiene

Nice to Have:

  • Experience expanding beyond email to channels like calls, LinkedIn, or targeted ads
  • Ability to use AI and light automation for personalization at scale
  • Energized by building outbound foundation and working onsite in Brooklyn
