About the Role

Key Account Manager for the Italian market at REVER, a high-growth startup revolutionizing e-commerce returns. Responsible for managing brand relationships, negotiating high-value deals, and driving revenue growth in Italy. Requires enterprise sales experience and native Italian fluency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, managing contract discussions and pricing proposals
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within Italy
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
  • Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline growth targets in the Italian region

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or logistics
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing large deals in Italy
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience with product demos
  • Native-level Italian and fluency in English

Nice to Have:

  • Other languages like Spanish or French
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
