About the Role

CityFurnish is seeking an Inventory Operations Intern to support sourcing, vendor management, warranty claims, and spend analysis. The role involves hands-on exposure to supply chain operations in a fast-paced startup environment while building foundational skills in inventory management and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor coordination and performance tracking
  • Developing spare parts vendor base through sourcing and onboarding
  • Warranty claims management and resolution
  • EMC payments processing and financial coordination
  • Supply chain and logistics support including inventory tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field
  • Strong negotiation skills with curiosity for market trends
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Zoho)
  • Motivated self-starter with initiative and proactive spirit
