About the Role

Senior Supply Chain Program Manager role at Amazon AMET, responsible for solving complex supply chain problems in KSA. The position involves analyzing data, creating roadmaps, and improving customer experience and inventory management through advanced analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements
• Set measurable milestones for projects and continuous goal setting for ongoing programmes
• Collect and analyze data to drive project decisions and provide business insights
• Run meetings with partner teams to track progress and implement initiatives
• Document standards for projects and ensure compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics for improvements
• Master's degree in Computer Science (Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or equivalent)

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
