About the Role

The ICQA Data Analyst at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services provides data and analytical support to the Inventory Control/Quality Assurance team. Responsibilities include developing data processes, maintaining data integrity, creating dashboards, and investigating defect trends to support ACES initiatives and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of data collection processes and data management systems
• Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
• Designing queries, compiling data, and generating reports in MS Excel
• In-depth research of defect trends
• Data mining and problem solving

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years of business analyst, data analyst or equivalent role experience
• 1+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data experience
• Bachelor's degree, or High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years of professional work experience, or experience in MS Office with emphasis on Excel

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
