About the Role

PermitFlow seeks a Head of Marketing to build and lead a scalable growth engine, driving pipeline generation through data-driven experimentation, ABM campaigns, and product positioning. This role involves architecting marketing systems, optimizing the funnel, and leading a lean team aligned with Sales and Product. The goal is to establish PermitFlow as the category-defining brand in construction tech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a predictable pipeline engine through data-driven experimentation and channel optimization
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Strengthen product marketing and positioning, including ICP clarity and competitive messaging
  • Optimize the funnel and MarTech stack for improved data visibility and results
  • Build and lead a lean, high-leverage marketing team while partnering cross-functionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Full-stack B2B marketer with 3–10 years of experience across demand generation, ABM, and product marketing
  • Builder-operator mindset with ability to architect systems and run campaigns hands-on
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience setting up metrics and tracking success
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot, paid media, and marketing analytics
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales and drive measurable pipeline impact
