About the Role

Lead the EMEA Marketing Insights team at Meta, partnering with marketing stakeholders to design and execute high-impact research. Translate strategic insights into actionable implications and influence regional marketing strategies across consumer, business, and creator audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities by partnering with marketing stakeholders to understand customer needs and shape marketing strategies
  • Drive key business decisions using comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research to translate audience truths into actionable insights
  • Drive and enhance business outcomes by helping EMEA Marketing achieve objectives while maximizing impact and efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing researchers, establishing high standards and fostering a successful environment
  • Provide strategic leadership by navigating ambiguity, context switching, and balancing global-local models for regional impact

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of management experience leading research teams with a track record of delivering results and developing talent
  • 10+ years of research experience with mastery of qualitative and quantitative methods applied in a business context
  • Proven expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution
  • Bachelor's degree required, with MA or PhD preferred

Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with EMEA-focused research, including in-depth knowledge of building consumer and business marketing strategies in Europe, Middle East, and Africa
