About the Role

Lead the Business Intelligence Engineering team for Amazon's Healthcare Finance Operations, driving data-driven solutions and automation. Manage a global team to develop scalable data pipelines, analytics, and AI-powered tools. Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small, international team of analytics professionals
• Drive design and implementation of complex, scalable data pipelines and models
• Build reports and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
• Implement AI-powered self-service analytics tools
• Represent BI function in strategic business discussions with senior leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
• Experience with AWS technologies
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in statistics, data science, or equivalent quantitative field
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
