About the Role

Hardware Development Engineer designing electrical systems for Ring devices. Leads technical projects, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Leverages AI tools to enhance electrical design processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital circuits for consumer electronics
• Create schematics and PCB layouts
• Develop power management solutions and distribution networks
• Implement high-speed digital interfaces ensuring signal integrity
• Apply AI tools to optimize electrical designs and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design and development
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, Cadence, or similar)
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and applications in electrical engineering

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning applications in electrical design optimization
