About the Role

The Growth Marketer will own and optimize the growth funnel, design and run experiments, and execute SEO and content tasks to drive awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention. This role involves data-driven execution and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth at a fast-growing YC startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the growth funnel across multiple channels
• Design and run growth experiments and A/B tests
• Execute SEO tasks like on-page optimization and keyword research
• Assist in ideating and analyzing paid ad campaigns
• Track metrics and create dashboards to surface insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• First-principles thinker who breaks down problems to fundamentals
• Understanding of growth funnel stages (awareness to retention)
• Experimentation mindset with ability to define success metrics
• Analytical and detail-oriented with comfort in spreadsheets and dashboards

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
