About the Role

The Group Engineering Manager will lead the Experience plus Devices Growth team to accelerate adoption of Copilot and Microsoft 365 through Product-Led Growth methodologies. This role involves strategic thinking, building technical solutions, and managing teams to drive business growth across Microsoft's productivity suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship large scale enterprise software products or cloud services
• Guide partnership with stakeholders to determine user requirements
• Lead product development and scaling to customer requirements
• Manage a team of engineering managers and software engineers
• Drive adoption and monetization of Microsoft 365 Copilot

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years people management experience
• Proven track record of building & shipping large scale enterprise software products or cloud services
• Experience at many layers of the tech stack (native, web, service, UX, model, data)

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years people management experience
• 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market
• 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience
• 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience
