About the Role

The Generative AI Partner Strategist role at AWS focuses on accelerating customer adoption of generative AI and machine learning technologies. This business-oriented technologist works with partners and cross-functional teams to define programs, drive sales opportunities, and deliver business value through advanced technologies. Key responsibilities include supporting partners on AI opportunities, engaging with executives, and conducting workshops to identify value-driven use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AWS partners on Generative AI opportunities to explore possibilities and develop roadmaps
• Discuss complex business concepts with executives, managers, and technologists
• Engage with various AWS teams including applied scientists, solutions architects, and business development
• Drive large, complex sales opportunities from ideation through closure and delivery
• Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities for delivering business value through generative AI

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional/military experience
• 4+ years of experience in the industry as a ML practitioner or executive
• Experience participating in the sales lifecycle (directly or indirectly)
• Experience in management consulting or related work
• Experience launching technically complex programs involving big data, analytics, AI, and machine learning

• Experience working with partners
• Executive communication and written skills
• Participated in the product or solutions lifecycles (directly or indirectly)
• Experience presenting to audiences of 5 to 50 people across various levels and backgrounds
• Passion for educating, designing, and building solutions for diverse customers
