About the Role
This role is a Technical Program Manager for Tooling & AI Solutions within AWS Infrastructure Services, focusing on developing and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance productivity and automate workflows. The position involves driving adoption of GenAI tools, managing end-to-end AI solution lifecycles, and establishing data quality standards across data center supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and derive insights from data
- Serve as Voice of the Customer and lead strategic direction for GenAI tooling across Data Center Supply Solutions
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from concept to deployment including prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
- Establish and maintain data quality standards and governance frameworks to support AI implementation
- Create and maintain product roadmaps for both traditional tools and AI solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, finance or equivalent
- Experience in technical product or program management
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree or above in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent
- Experience directly working with engineering teams
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, Sagemaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2
