About the Role

This role is a Full Stack AI Developer/Solution Engineer at Microsoft, focusing on the French market. The candidate will drive AI application adoption through technical engagements like PoCs and hackathons, guiding customers in modernizing apps with Microsoft's AI platform. Fluency in French and relocation to Dublin, Ireland are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales with demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
• Lead hands-on engagements such as hackathons and architecture workshops to accelerate adoption of Microsoft's developer tools.
• Build trusted relationships with developers and platform leads to co-design secure, scalable architectures.
• Resolve technical blockers and collaborate with engineering teams to share insights and improve products.
• Maintain deep proficiency in AI Foundry, App architecture, and cloud-native development technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Proven technical pre-sales or technical consulting background OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with demonstrated expertise.
• Proficient in full stack App architecture design/modernization and cloud-native development (e.g., APIs, containerization, microservices, Python, Java, .NET).
• Proficient in AI & ML models (e.g., Agentic AI framework, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Responsible AI).
• Proven ability to lead technical engagements like hackathons and PoCs that drive production-scale outcomes.

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with strong technical pre-sales or consulting capabilities.
• Proficiency in AI Management & Security (Gen AI Ops, Sentinel, orchestrator, monitoring).
• Experience in thought leadership within developer communities and customer forums.
