About the Role

Founding Tech Lead role at Roe AI, a hypergrowth startup revolutionizing data management and risk/compliance for the financial industry. You will build an AI agent platform, develop mission-critical features for Fortune 500 customers, and operate end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agent platform for risk and compliance in financial industry
• Build mission-critical features for Fortune 500 customers
• Own problems end-to-end and review team code
• Architect and scale cutting-edge data warehouse technology
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• At least 5+ years software engineering work experience
• 3+ years infrastructure on cloud expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Have led 5+ people projects
• Tracked history of getting along well with PMs and Designers
• Communicative to internal stakeholders and external customers
• Comfortable with Python, Cursor, cloud infrastructure, and agent frameworks
• Hybrid work: in-office 3 days/week in SF Bay Area

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
