Founding Engineer role at TraceRoot.AI, building an open-source AI agent that monitors production environments and automatically fixes bugs. You'll work side-by-side with founders to build the product from the ground up, shipping features weekly and shaping engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to users to understand how to improve AI and UX
• Ship full-stack features and build foundational building blocks
• Maintain open-source projects to grow developer community
• Improve AI agents' performance, reliability, and edge-case handling
• Build robust infrastructure to power millions of telemetry events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
